Canine with Severe TVT: A Journey of Hope and Healing

Recently, we received a distressing call about a canine suffering on the streets with a severe case of Transmissible Venereal Tumor (TVT). This poor dog was bleeding profusely, abandoned, and cruelly shooed away by some heartless individuals.

Recognizing the urgency of the situation, we acted immediately. When we arrived, it was clear that the canine was in critical condition, requiring immediate medical intervention and ongoing care. Without swift action, her suffering would have only worsened.

We quickly rescued her and brought her to our shelter hospital at TMT Tiruppur. Our dedicated veterinary team examined her and confirmed the severity of her condition. TVT, a transmissible cancer, requires extensive treatment. The bleeding was severe, and she needed not only medical care but also a safe and caring environment to recover.

Treatment began right away. The veterinary team administered intravenous drips to stabilize her, followed by a carefully planned regimen of medications aimed at reducing the tumor and stopping the bleeding. She was placed under constant observation to monitor her progress and ensure she was comfortable and safe during this critical phase of her recovery.

This brave canine is now on the road to recovery, but the journey ahead is long. She will need continuous treatment, along with plenty of love and support. We are doing everything in our power to give her the best chance at a full recovery, but we also know that every bit of support counts.

We ask for your prayers and positive thoughts for this resilient canine. With the right care and a little bit of luck, we hope to see her regain her health and enjoy a happy, pain-free life. Your support can make a world of difference for animals like her.
