We operate in the field to support and protect the voiceless.
Over the years, we have rescued countless animals whose lives were on the brink. Many have been adopted and given the care they deserve including food, shelter, and compassion.
Here is how we carry out this vital work.
Shelter
Our shelter and hospital currently accommodate more than 1,100 animals, including dogs, cats, cows, donkeys, horses, rabbits, and birds.
One exceptional aspect of our work is treating dogs affected by Canine Distemper — a highly infectious disease that most shelters avoid handling.
We have a dedicated team of 40 staff members, including 4 on-duty doctors, ward boys, and a rescue team, working tirelessly to manage the shelter and provide medical care.
Due to the high volume of animals in our care, we are only accepting pets that are terminally ill, elderly, disabled, or blind, as they require specialized attention.
Please do not surrender healthy pets to us!
How we rescue animals?
Our volunteers actively search for animals in need. Once found, they are rescued using our shelter vehicle and brought to safety.
At the shelter, injured or sick animals receive immediate treatment in our clinic. Depending on their condition, they are either housed alone or with healthy dogs.
Abandoned dogs are given a full health check and are gently introduced to a room with friendly dogs, helping them feel safe, calm, and welcomed.
How We Provide Medical Care
We have established a fully authorized veterinary clinic within our shelter, staffed by a dedicated team of 4 full-time doctors and 45 support staff working across our shelter, hospital, and premises.
Our medical team operates around the clock, with both day and night shifts, ensuring that rescued animals receive immediate and continuous care whenever needed. From emergency treatment to long-term recovery, we are committed to providing the best possible medical support to every animal that comes through our doors.
